JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Student Ministry Director is a position of discipleship and leadership, focusing on our female students. Supporting the Student Ministry Director, the candidate will serve by discipling students, assisting in the vision and coordination of SixTwelve events, and leading ministry volunteers.
RESPONSIBILITIESLead, love, and disciple students in Charlotte.
Pray for the students, volunteers, and Charlotte regularly.
Seek out students with the intention of discipleship.
Assist the Student Ministry Director in planning, organizing, and executing student ministry events, retreats, service projects, outreach events, mission trips, and camps.
Coordinate Wednesday night small groups with volunteer leaders.
Assist with volunteer leadership training.
Meet with students regularly to ensure they are loved, heard, and poured into.
Assist in communication and social media for the ministry.
QUALIFICATIONSA passion for Christian student ministry
A heart to love, lead, and disciple students in Charlotte
An ability to attend weekly events, weekend events/retreats, and extended trips
A willingness to learn new tasks and systems
A spirit of camaraderie and a willingness to work with others for the betterment of the student ministry.
POSITION DETAILSFull Time (40 hrs a week)

This position involves working with students from 6th to 12th grade. Candidates should be comfortable playing sports, games, and serving.

JOB SUMMARY
This position acts as the administrative arm of the Service & Outreach department at StoneBridge. This includes communicating and interacting with a diverse group of individuals within and outside the church (e.g., church staff, church members, community partners, etc.). Included in this role is administrative and task support for the Director of Service & Outreach as well as general administrative support for the various ministries and functions of the Service & Outreach department. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a varied workload in a busy environment.
QUALIFICATIONSExhibits an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ, both publicly and in personal life. Someone who embraces and can articulate the beliefs held at SBCC.
Communicates clearly and accurately, both orally and in writing. Someone with a customer service oriented demeanor with a “can do” approach to requests and tasks made by ministry partners.
Demonstrates superior organizational, problem-solving, and people skills.
RESPONSIBILITIESProvides administrative support for Director of Service & Outreach (e.g., managing Director’s email account, communicating with the Marketing department, assisting ministry partners on occasion)
Communicates and collaborates well
Oversees event planning for and execution of church-wide service and outreach projects (e.g., annual back-to-school event, Christmas outreach event, etc.)
Manages event planning and execution when ministry partners request to use the church facility
Provides information to church members requesting to engage in community outreach
Assists with and executes other duties as assigned
