VBS

I asked Rachael to share what her motivation was for taking time off from work for volunteering for VBS, how God confirmed this for her that week, and where she saw God working. Here is her response:

“I actually had most of VBS week already off from work (I work 7days on/7 days off) so it really just lined-up perfectly for me to volunteer. To be completely honest, I really didn't have a ton of expectations going into signing up aside from just wanting to be helpful and having some free time to share!

I don't have kids yet, so it was pretty incredible to see a whole new side of StoneBridge that I've never seen before. I was crew leader for the older kids and some of my favorite moments were hearing their God sightings at the end of the day. They were pretty all over the place which was pretty great and encouraged me to open my eyes more in my personal walk. One of my kids had said that they saw God working when the worship team pulled some of their kids on stage to lead dances. I was watching the exact same performance and didn't even think about that so it was pretty cool to hear. Kind of makes me think I should have more of those conversations in my everyday encounters!"
