We are collecting non-perishable food items to be boxed with fresh produce coming this summer, providing essential nutrition to families and individuals facing food insecurity.
You can drop off your donations on Sundays in the Lobby or at the Church office during business hours.
Shop at Restoration Market! This thrift boutique located in downtown Concord helps support Present Age Ministries mission of changing lives one girl at a time.The proceeds from the store will directly support their work in helping teen girls recovering from trauma. They are also accepting donations of gently used women's clothing, shoes, and accessories from any season. If you would like to make a donation you can drop these items off at Restoration Market in downtown Concord or in the lobby at StoneBridge.

Charlotte Rescue Mission is an organization seeking to help those at the intersection of homelessness and addiction reach their God-given potential. Our team of volunteers help prepare and serve a hot meal to those in need and also have the opportunity to fellowship and pray with them. There is currently a core team of volunteers however they are looking to train more individuals to help with rotating our volunteers.Charlotte Rescue Mission - Join our StoneBridge team to prepare and serve dinner from 3:30-5:30 the second Monday of each month.
